The postgraduate program has an interdisciplinary orientation in the Sciences of Education, and is addressed to persons that hold Degrees from a wide range of scientific disciplines. In particular, it aims at acquainting students with the theoretical foundations and with an in-depth knowledge of various scientific fields; fields that derive from social and positive sciences and Humanities and relate to education. There are three specializations (Natural Sciences, Mathematics and ICT in Education, Social Theory, Policy and Practices in Education, and Language, Art and Culture in Education). Starting with a methodological focus, necessary for the understanding and critical reflection of phenomena, the final aim of our courses is that our graduates are capable of utilizing their knowledge in researching and in teaching various subjects (positive sciences, ICT, sociology, anthropology, language and literacy, literature, art, psychology, etc.) in educational policies and in life-long learning.
