The Department of Registry, Correspondence Management and Records is an independent unit, according to the provisions of the Administration Services Organizational Chart of the University of Patras (Presidential Decree 63/1999, FEK 71/ A΄), as applicable.

The responsibilities of the Department include:

  • Receiving and registering standard and confidential incoming correspondence, and distributing it to the competent University units.
  • Processing incoming and outgoing correspondence, and dispatching it to internal and external recipients.
  • Keeping records of all the documents that have been scanned and registered by the Department.
