{"id":69038,"date":"2024-09-23T14:25:31","date_gmt":"2024-09-23T11:25:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.upatras.gr\/?page_id=69038"},"modified":"2026-01-26T10:07:20","modified_gmt":"2026-01-26T08:07:20","slug":"responsibilities","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.upatras.gr\/en\/university\/administration\/governing-council\/responsibilities\/","title":{"rendered":"Responsibilities"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Governing Council exercises the powers provided for in Article 14 of Law No. 4957\/2022 (Government Gazette 141\/A\/21.7.2022) and any others foreseen by the internal regulations of the Higher Education Institution (HEI), if these have not been assigned by law to other bodies of the HEI.<\/p>\n<p>It consists of eleven (11) members, six (6) of whom are internal members, elected in accordance with article 9 of Law No. 4957\/2022, and five (5) members are external and are appointed in accordance with Article 10, as currently in force.
