Λίγα λόγια για τον ομιλητή:

He graduated in Economics and Commerce at the University of Naples Federico II. He holds a Master’s (M.Sc.) in International Economics, Banking and Finance from Cardiff Business School (University of Cardiff) and a Ph.D. in Economics from Brunel University. Research interests concern macroeconomics, monetary and fiscal policy and empirical economics. His latest publications, in regional economics, have dealt with the application of dynamic panel models on interregional migration and economic growth and the impact of monetary policy on regional financial development. From 2005 to 2015 he was a researcher in Economic Policy at the University of Naples, Parthenope. Since 2016 he has been associate professor of Economics at the University of Naples Parthenope.

He has been a “visiting professor” at numerous universities, including the University of Stirling (UK), the University of Essex (UK), the University of Patras (GR), the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee (USA), l ‘University of Santiago de Compostela (ES) and has been a member of several Scientific Councils of national and international institutions. He has participated in several national and international research projects and for one year he was in charge of a project funded by the European Commission entitled “Rethinking Finance for Stability and Growth”. He has contributed to organizing numerous conferences and workshops and there are numerous national and international conferences in which he presented his scientific works.

Since 2005 he has always been a member of the teaching staff of the Doctorate in “Economics” / “Governance, Management and Economics” of the University of Naples “Parthenope” and supervised two doctoral students. He has extensive teaching experience on topics of Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Economic Policy and Econometrics at both degree and doctoral level and has taught in Italian universities (University of Naples Parthenope, Federico II, University of Calabria, Second University of Naples ) and foreign (Brunel University, ‘University of Santiago de Compostela (ES).
